Michelle really knows her stuff and brings energy and enthusiasm to every workout, and provides loads of variety, options for people who are starting out or recovering, and challenge for those who need it. The live workouts are great to feel connected, but I really appreciate the flexibility of having it all on demand and being able to fit in a session when it suits me. Give it a go!     Highly recommend Mother Fit! Each workout is different so you are never bored. Michelle is welcoming, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been doing her on demand classes since March and I am hooked. I’ve found the nutrition section in the members area on the website invaluable, it has helped me transform my diet and the recipes are delicious. I have lost weight since I’ve started and I love feeling fitter and stronger as a result of the workouts. Amazing value for money!

    Great resource for mums Excellent workouts, tough enough to make you sweat but not so tough they can't be done and there is always a low impact option. Workouts vary from day to day and week to week you never get the same one twice! I love the choice I have to do them live in the mornings or catch up later on a recorded class. The members area has all so much information - nutrition, meditation, stretching and expert advice, and the Facebook group is full of friendly people.
