You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start Mother Fit if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

If you are pregnant please confirm that your physician has cleared you for exercises only do low impact/adapted exercises. Under no circumstances do high impact or heavy weights.


If you have just had a baby, please make sure you have your physicians or midwife 8 week check and sign off before attending Mother Fit.   If you have not had this you will be unable to commence exercise.


You are welcome to bring your children to Mother Fit, however your children are your responsibility and not that of Mother Fit.


When exercising outdoors, Mother Fit takes every step to make sure the surrounding area is free from debris, but it is not always possible to be 100% sure due to the venue itself. Please be accountable for checking the area around you and your child, Mother Fit cannot be held responsible.
