Inspirational ‘Lindsey’, mum of two little people only 16months apart

 

What the mother said:

“Mother Fit has literally changed my life in more ways than one! A year ago my self-esteem was at an all time low. I’d lost all confidence as a wife and mother, not to mention my hatred of my own physical reflection. It was then I decided to sign up with Michelle. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I am no longer afraid of exercise (and actually now crave it!) and eating ‘clean’ has become a new routine for me and my family.  I am so proud to be a part of the Mother Fit family and I have met so many inspiring ladies along the way who I hope will remain my friends for life.
A huge thank you to Michelle for believing in me and making me feel strong both physically and mentally. There is still a way to go with my personal goals but this has been the kick up the behind I really needed.”

 

What Michelle had to say :

“This was not only physical, but a massive mental change for this lady. As she became stronger and started seeing the results, this transferred into other aspects of her life.  Her main goal was to lose weight, but there are so many additional benefits that she wasn’t expecting, such as an increased confidence, more energy, belief in herself that she could do it and realising hard work pays off. She is continuing to train with me and she’s setting new goals!

Inspirational ‘Ali’, with her son just 14 weeks old when she started, plus she was breastfeeding day and night, and as you can imagine terribly sleep deprived!

“I cannot begin to emphasise exactly how life changing the past 8 weeks have been for me. The first night of training I thought to myself “dear god what have I done?!” Anyone who knows me knows I don’t like being a novice and I found myself so embarrassed with where my fitness level was after pregnancy. Michelle is, in my opinion, the epitome of what a trainer should be: knowledgeable and encouraging (both physically and emotionally).  Michelle made me feel more myself again and I couldn’t have done it without her. She gave me my confidence back and I could never thank her enough for what she has done for me. Take my word for it, you can not make a better decision.”

 

What Michelle had to say :

Ali’s main goal was to feel more confident and be healthy for herself and her family, which she achieved in more ways than one.   Prior to starting she was not participating in any exercise other than walking. I am so proud of her and can’t thank her enough for listening to my advice.

“I’m not going to lie, I was a bit sceptical before starting and it took me a while to make the decision to take part. From the very first session though, all of my doubts were gone. This is no quick fix but it most definitely works. Michelle is knowledgeable, encouraging and incredibly supportive. She has changed the way I think about food and reminded me how much I love to exercise, although she’ll never get me to enjoy doing a burpee! I have not only lost weight, I feel fitter, healthier and stronger and, more importantly, I feel happy and confident in myself again.     Michelle has taught me that you do have time to exercise even if you have a busy schedule, you just need to want to do it. I really did this time and it’s thanks to Michelle that I have achieved what I have.  I have never entered into the Christmas season feeling healthier and fitter. In the past I would have made an excuse and told myself “I’ll start being good in January” whereas now I CANNOT wait to continue my journey in 2021!!!     It’s a journey, not a race so although Holly did this over a short period of time, that might not suit you or your goals. Holly liked the focus of a deadline to work to.

    Look no further for motivation I was looking to start some strength training with little spare time when I joined Mother Fit and Michelle certainly delivers on variety, motivation and flexibility -everything you need to change up your fitness routine. The community Michelle has built is also great motivation. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic - give it a go! The online community that Michelle has created is fantastic - so supportive and motivating. Michelle really knows her stuff and brings energy and enthusiasm to every workout, and provides loads of variety, options for people who are starting out or recovering, and challenge for those who need it. The live workouts are great to feel connected, but I really appreciate the flexibility of having it all on demand and being able to fit in a session when it suits me. Give it a go! I guarantee in 4 weeks you’ll feel fitter, stronger and more energetic.

    Highly recommend Mother Fit! Each workout is different so you are never bored. Michelle is welcoming, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been doing her on demand classes since March and I am hooked. I’ve found the nutrition section in the members area on the website invaluable, it has helped me transform my diet and the recipes are delicious. I have lost weight since I’ve started and I love feeling fitter and stronger as a result of the workouts. Amazing value for money!

    Great resource for mums Excellent workouts, tough enough to make you sweat but not so tough they can't be done and there is always a low impact option. Workouts vary from day to day and week to week you never get the same one twice! I love the choice I have to do them live in the mornings or catch up later on a recorded class. The members area has all so much information - nutrition, meditation, stretching and expert advice, and the Facebook group is full of friendly people.
