Personal Training is available at our own private MOTHER FIT gym for you only. We can also send a PT with all equipment to a place convenient for you such as your home, which eliminates the stress of arranging childcare.

Michelle Baynham is a Qualified Nutritional Coach for Weight Management and author of ‘WHAT WOULD MOTHER FIT EAT’, which can be purchased online £15.00.
She can help you understand food and learn how to fuel your body for your activity level.

Hertford based group classes are run three times per week. Just drop in, we are flexible and pay as you go. You can even bring your children. Classes include weighted circuits, Hiit with resistance bands and boxing circuits.
£7 per class.
