All you'll need is a pair of light dumbbells, maybe a loop resistance band and a chair to kickstart your session (but not essential).
Please note that these live sessions won't be recorded, as you have your 40-week pregnancy program to follow. These LIVE classes offer real-time interaction, including engaging pre-session chats where I customise the session just for YOU. 🗣️💪
